SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please read the following Shipping, Returns and Cancellation policies and if you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to help.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of receipt of order via phone, web site TheBlissfulBedGuest.com or email. After this time period, most orders are in process and cannot be canceled. If, however, the order is not yet in process, a cancellation and re-stocking fee of 15% may apply.
The Blissful Bed Guest will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unused and undamaged merchandise in its original condition for a full refund within 10 days. A re-stocking fee may apply. Please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the one exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to info@TheBlissfulBedGuest.com directly within 7 business days from receipt of merchandise. Claims made outside of this window will be denied.
Items that are not eligible for return are listed as such on individual product pages. Please note: if merchandise is shipped to you free, original shipping charges will be billed to buyer unless the result of damaged or defective merchandise.
Whenever possible, refunds for returned items will be given in the manner in which they were purchased (i.e. credit card, gift card, and cash). If the original form of payment is not available we will issue an in-store credit that is good for up to 1 year from the return date.
Know that we will try and accommodate you in all ways possible on any return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact us at email@example.com first.
- Repack the item(s) securely along with the original packing slip.
- Return the item via an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS). All returns must be prepaid, we do not accept COD. If an item is returned to us without initial contact with us first, or an item is returned COD, or in used condition (made at our discretion) we retain the right to refuse a refund and/or re-ship item back to you at buyer's cost.
At this time, items are shipped to the continental United States only delivered via USPS, FedEx or USPS.
Note: We sell from various vendors and manufacturers and most items will ship directly from manufacturer due to bulky shipping costs. Depending on your orders, you may receive shipments from various vendors. All shipping and return policies apply. BlissfulBedGuest is not responsible for items damaged en-route. Claims must be made directly with carrier within specified time frame. We will help facilitate this action where and when applicable.
All warranties on products sold by The Blissful Bed Guest are limited to manufacturer warranties and are for cost replacement only.
